    It was delicious. I made a second batch using a muffin size pan. They are perfect also. I will be freezing them.

    This recipe is simple but tasty. I actually doubled it, tossed in a handful of chopped chives and made it into mini quiches (regular muffin pan size). Just cook for 20min instead of 35 and voila, grab and go breakfast bites. I’d say this recipe base is so flexible, you could throw in any variety of chopped meats or veggies and get a similar result. Only removing 1 star because next time, I plan on adding more spice.
