- 2 hamburger buns (toasted, I used crusty vienna rolls)
- 1 Tbsp. montreal steak seasoning (McCormick)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- kosher salt
- 8 jumbo shrimp (peeled and de-veined, tails removed)
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream (or milk)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. old bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- oil (for frying)
- 1 yellow onion (large spanish, sliced into rings)
- 1 qt. low fat cultured buttermilk (or regular milk)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- oil (for frying)
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup arugula (packed)
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. prepared pesto
- 3 cloves garlic (fresh, minced)
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
