  • 100 grams vanilla Greek yogurt (Dannon Light and Fit, great macros- but my new favorite with no artificial sweeteners is their “Two Good” brand. You’ll shave off like 6 carbs.)
  • 25 grams diced apples
  • 25 grams peaches (diced)
  • 25 grams strawberries (diced)
  • 25 grams blueberries
  • 10 grams granola (favorite, I use Purely Elizabeth because I’m OBSESSED with it.)
  • 5 grams natural peanut butter (drizzled on top)
