It was bland and had a strong egg flavor/consistency. Although it was fluffy. i like my waffles crisp on the outside. I don't know if it's just my particular waffle maker. Mine is ceramic, I think..that might have something to do with how it turned out.

A little more complicated than a simple waffle recipe but really, really tasty. Folding in the whipped egg whites makes the batter and the waffles very light and fluffy. Great flavor too!
