    This turned out pretty great. I didn't mash up the chick peas enough, so it was a little too crumbly compared to real Meatloaf. However, the taste was very good. Similar flavors to a lentil soup.

    This didn’t really taste like meatloaf, but it was very good and I’d make it again.

    Very tasty. I used a food processor with the chickpeas; next time, I’ll take suggestion of using a potato masher to have a firmer texture.
