this was so delicious. will definitely make again. i like that it did not pretend to be like a meat lasagna but instead stands on its own (and imo tastes much better) i used one jar of tomato sauce and a tin of canned tomatoes but it wasn't quite saucy enough. next time i would add one more jar of sauce or another can of tomatoes.

This was great! Everyone in the family ate this - vegan or not. I would probably not use a double batch of the cashew mozzarella next time. It was a little too much - everyone ended up pulling most of it off their slice but eating everything else!
