All I can say is WOW!!! What a great way to eat tofu. It was surprisingly delicious!!! Will DEFINITELY use this recipe again 😋 Yummy!!!

i baked the tofu with vegetables and poured the remaing sauce over everything. It was very tasty.

Really good! After cooking the tofu, I used the leftover sauce to cook my bean sprouts, green onions and mushroom that I added to the tofu.

loved how it turned out (and reheats great!) probably will press longer next time. adding cornstarch was my favorite tip.

Too much lemon for my taste. I didn’t add the hot sauce maybe that would have off set the lemon?

Very good. I omitted hot sauce and still good! Next time I will let the tofu strain longer than 30 min

Very good. I added a little more maple syrup, accidentally, a tbsp instead of tsp but it was not too sweet. just right
