Doubled the recipe for three large New York Strips. I love this marinade. It's easy, has a few simple ingredients, and it tastes great.

It was very good, however, when I make it again I will still use the dry rub. It was a bit mild for my tastes,

The feedback I got on this marinade was that it's okay. I mean it's not nasty, but I wouldn't say it's the best either. I wouldn't fix it again. .
