- meal
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 4 cups mushrooms (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. chicken (like Seasoning, vegan)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 32 oz. firm tofu (pressed 30 minutes then crumbled)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs (Flax, 2 T Ground Flax, 8 T water mix well and let sit for 15 minutes)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 5 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes (peeled and quartered)
- 1 cup water (Potato, save after cooking potatoes)
- 7 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried rosemary (crushed OR *, Read notes 2 drops Rosemary doTERRA essential oil)
- salt (to taste I start with ½ t)
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca (powder or cornstarch, or arrowroot, or browned flour)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 cups water
- 2 oz. veggie (Frozen California Mix, Bags)
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash (no Sodium seasoning)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash (Salted seasoning)
