FYI the amount of ingredients do not match here and in the directions. As a result I used 1 tsp salt and my cookies turned out quite salty and had to be thrown out.
Next time will try the following adjustments:
Use honey sweetened peanut butter and reduce brown sugar to 1/2 cup and granulated sugar to 1/2 cup, 1.5 tsp vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp salt.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Perhaps next time consider using oat flour instead of AP flour.
