I love the pork and the recipe is incredible, but I feel like the amount thats made is enormous! Ive been eating it in burritos,quesadillas, and tacos....even on rice and havent made a dent in it even though ive been eating it for 5 days. Just be aware

Good recipe; out of necessity I had to make a couple of adjustments: didn't have jalapeno so I used some Light Adobo Powder, subbed in Garlic and Onion Powder for actual garlic cloves and Sweet Onion. Very flavorful and delicious with tomato and sour cream.
