I also used leftover bbq chicken. I added a little Worcestershire sauce. Everything about is was delicious. Will make it again. Husband approval.

Really great way to use leftover chicken! I didn’t make the roasted chicken in the recipe - I had some leftover BBQ chicken breasts, chopped them up fine, and used them. The soup is so flavorful and hearty!
