    Great, we used ground turkey, no bacon or peppers. Rotel, and Sam Adams beer. Increased the cumin and chili powder. Very good.

    Definately nice to have a change of pace. Love that this doesnt have noodles or rice and is filled with veggies! Cooked it early and let it simmer most of the day until supper. Made with fried bread❤

    Great chili. I upped the spices a bit as I like my chili spicy but otherwise a very good recipe for me. I definitely will make it again.

    Excellent chili recipe! I used only 2 lbs of ground beef and no bell peppers. Adjusted spices accordingly (2/3 of each).

    Honestly best batch of chili I’ve ever made tweaked a bit mostly added a lb of hot sausage and 1.5lb of beef stew meat but the flavor is incredible my go-to from now on

    This might be the best chili we have made although we made some modifications: instead of chipotle, as part of the diced tomatoes used 10oz cans of Ro-Tel and one was Green Chile and Chipotle and one was Fire Roasted - gave a great Smokey taste. We also used two different kinds of bacon, one maple, one smoked. Lastly, we decided to slow cook it in the insta pot over 5 hours. Great recipe and thanks for sharing with us!

    My husband and I loved this recipe! We tweaked it to our liking, but it was a great foundation that we needed to make our own Chili from scratch. We used 2 Jalapeños (seeded) and diced instead of a green bell pepper, we used 1 yellow bell pepper. Used 1 TBS of Cayenne. Used Corona instead of Bud Light. Added cilantro, 1 squeezed fresh lime, 1/2 TBS of Oregano and added extra garlic powder. We topped our individual bowls of Chile with Sour Cream, Mexican shredded cheese and diced avocado. We will definitely be making this again!

    It was really good. My son who absolutely wont eat onions and peppers didn’t even notice them in the chili! It was so yummy. Will use as my go to recipe!

    It was amazing!! Whole family loved it. I didn’t add beer but it was still delicious. The only little comment was from hubby who found it a bit tangy but he still ate 2+ bowls.

    Super tasty! I found it really meat heavy which did make delicious, but to increase cost efficiency, next time I’ll double or triple the tomatoes and beans. Definitively a keeper!
