    This gets a big "yum" from me! I added a dash of Summer Savory to brighten up the vegetables a bit, but otherwise followed the recipe. My one issue was that the roux didn't thicken during baking, as it was quite thin. I'll definitely make this again, but thicken the roux slightly more next go 'round.
