This is wonderful! We had to add cornstarch to get it to thicken. Other than that, this is a very tasty dish! I'll be preparing it again!

Very easy to make! I had to make a few alterations because I was trying to use what we had. I used one can of tomatoes, only had veggie broth, and no corn and it still turned out great!

Delicious and easy-to-make. Follow the steps and let the flavors meld for 45 minutes or until you are ready for dinner. It’s cold on the coast today and the aromas filling the house are warming my soul.
