I made it exactly as listed, and it was delicious. I wouldn't change a thing. (I used my stove-top grill.)

Very good burgers. 93% lean ground beef was on sale so I just added 2T of sour cream for some additional fat and moisture.

I used deer burger and was worried they would be too lean, but thought they turned out very delicious! I think I will put a little less black pepper next time. I will definitely make these again!

This burger came out great! Nice and juicy! The tip to put the indentation in the middle really helped. 😁

Delicious! So basic, yet so tasty! Doesn't get much easier than that. I didn't have liquid smoke, so I used 1 tsp of Worstershire instead. They were a huge hit! Thank you!

Adding water to the burgers made them fall apart on the grill. I don’t recommend adding ice water per the directions

This is my kids new favorite burger recipe. The smoky flavor remind them of smoked ribs. I made them into sliders (1/8 lb), skipped the water and they were still very moist. I freeze the patties then cook them from frozen because they seem to hold together better on the grill.

This is definitely the best hamburger I've ever made (close to the best I've ever eaten!) Made twice, once on grill pan inside & the other on BBQ grill. Both equally delicious! Didn't change anything.
