Pretty good except 40 minutes wasn’t long enough to cook it through. I had to cook it for about it an hour.

Amazing! Added 1 pound of Italian turkey sausage to it and didn’t add the 1/4 c chicken stock.

Mostly followed the recipe, besides cooking at a lower temp for about an hour with bacon wrapped around it. Served with diced sweet & russet potatoes. Was fantastic

It was delish!
I didn't have any eggs, so I used olive oil instead. I added diced mushrooms(which I cooked with the red pepper). I also seasoned my ground turkey w/paprika,onion soup and carribean spices(I'm Haitian-- we season everything!😛)
I loved it and will absolutely make this time and time again!👍🏾

Moist, light and flavorful. Only substituted oats for the breadcrumbs. Will definitely make again and maybe try some of the many variations proposed.

We loved it! Did not add chicken stock but it was still moist and delicious because of the veggies. The glaze was so easy to make but very delicious. Will definitely make it again!

Truly the best! I usually make meatloaf with a mixture of ground beef and ground turkey, so that is the comparison. This recipe was delicious, low in sodium and calories. My picky-eater husband ate it in minutes with no complaints! I added a few diced baby portobello mushrooms for some extra texture..

Just put the meatloaf in the oven, haven’t tasted it yet but went together nicely, moist and formed a nice loaf. Added a teaspoon of Gochujang sauce which gave the glaze more depth, can’t wait to taste.
