    Absolutely delicious!! I didn’t have time to marinate them as long as I would have liked to, so I sliced them to make the marinate soak in better/faster I will definitely be making these again I put them on a artisan roll and topped with guacamole instead of the avocado I’m going to get some spicy micro greens next time to top of them- will be so good! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

    I won't hold my lack of liking portobello mushrooms against this recipe. I think the marinade was good. The mozzarella cheese and toppings were an added bonus. Good recipe, but it didnt mask the mushroom taste enough for me. But if you like mushrooms, you will love this.

    Delicious alternative to a burger. I made this in an apartment short a few ingredients and without a grill and it still turned out Yummly. I didn’t have any steak seasoning so I used fresh minced garlic, onion powder, ground black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Delish. The onions, avocado, and tomato are such fun toppings!!!!

    Absolutely delicious. I used Bragg liquid aminos instead of soy sauce. Was a bit salty but delicious! I grilled veggies on the side at the same time= caramelized onions . I’m making them again , on the bar b now!

    I used caramelized onions instead of Raw ones, Lettuce, tomato, cheese, Avocado, and i marinated the mushroom in Tuscan Italian for 4 hours. It was awesome!

    Absolutely delicious, and I had to improvise the spinach to canned and a few other ingredients, are used bacon grease to fry the mushrooms I would have to say this is a great recipe that I have not followed to a T so it might very well be a five star. For the most part this recipe was on point all the way down to the balsamic vinegar

    So easy and quite filling! I made it as an open faced sandwich. Next time I may add to the marinade to give it a bit more flavour.
