This is one of the best deserts I’ve had. Made it as directed, cookie like crust and a Carmel like inside with the apples..... very good. As someone else commented, it’s not too sweet, which I preferred.

Really the best and easiest apple pie. It always gets eaten up so quickI! Not overly sweet and the crust/crumble is amazing.
I use a glass pan and don't need to grease (if I use a ceramic pie pan I do). I have to bake for the longer end of the suggested range.

Best Dutch apple pie ever since the topping (which is the best part) is the crust as well!

Awesome, super easy to put together and the kids had fun baking with the old man🥧

Pie was absolutely delicious. Since I used a deep dish pie pan I used 4 cups of apples. I added the cinnamon to the apple mixture before placing in the pie pan. I had to bake about 15 minutes longer to achieve the golden brown look I wanted and to make sure the apples were soft enough. The crust is a good alternative to the standard pastry crust. I’ll be making again for Christmas dinner.

It was easy to make and delicious! The crust was amazing. My family said, “don’t lose this recipe.”

Delicious. Added some diced pears and cherries to take it to the next level.
