Delicious! Take your own liberties with seasoning, but definitely add lemon and red wine vinegar at the end!

It was very tasty. Husband and child agreed. Used only lentils. Heavy on the squash.

This is my favorite lentil soup recipe I make all winter sometimes I add veggies, sometimes I leave the kale out but anyway you make it, it's incredible

Love this recipe. I made it for just my self. Ate it for a week and froze the rest. Took out the soup to eat again (now 2 months later) and it's even better than before. The flavors really came out after being frozen.

This is such a good soup,doesn't need meat ( I'm a meat head lol) The whole family loved it .II will definitely be making this soup again 😍👍 cooked it on the stove top and it turned out super 😜

Kids and parents loved it.
I did not pre soak the lentils and used a mix of green and yellow split peas. This will be a regular. It makes a bunch. I'll be freezing some.

Didn't work out for me. Never reached the smooth texture the recipe describes and the flavor was just okay.

I modified it by just using green split peas. I wasn't able to find yellow split peas,
