    Used this as a topper for my shepherd’s pie and it was amaaaazing. Added a tablespoon of nutritional yeast. Mm!! ❤️

    they were good. my family enjoyed a change.
    Roasting the garlic changes everything! However the next day they did not taste as good. This is the best vegan mashed potatoes I've made so far, even though it wasn't really creamy.

    This was amazing! I added a little less salt than the original recipe. The minced garlic was such a good addition to this.

    This recipe is fantastic! I used a touch less garlic than It called for. It perfectly satisfies a mashed potato craving without the allergens. I've made it twice already, and intend to make it countless more times.
