- 4 carrots (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1/2 onion (cut into chunks)

- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup water (for the gravy)

Seared meat before putting in slow cooker and added extra potatoes. Would strain fat from broth before making gravy. Would definitely make again.

i would have loved to try this recipe but pop ups in the directions kept popping up preventing me from seeing the direction.
