It was very good although Next time I’m going to add more garlic. I added pepper and a little bit of sugar and I will substitute the white vinegar for apple cider vinegar. A very good salad.

Delicious! I made berbere chicken (Ethiopia) and the cool cucumbers and sour cream were a wonderful complement. I used dried dill and English cukes which I peeled, seeded, and sliced.
