- 1 g prepared pizza dough (ball)
- 1 batch cream cheese spread (Prepared Everything Bagel, about 2-3 cups, see recipe below)
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 cups Orange (chopped, small red/, /yellow bell peppers, your choice of pepper)
- 1 1/2 cups cauliflower (chopped, small)
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli (chopped, small)
- 3 cups finely shredded cheese (a blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and Colby Jack)
- 2 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning
- 16 oz. whipped cream cheese (*see note)
- 4 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning blend
- 4 Tbsp. heavy cream (or half & half, only if using block cream cheese)
