Prep time about 30 mins. , not 15. Did not cook thoroughly in 45 mins, took almost an hour to bake. I think the topping would have been better with only 1 stick of butter as opposed to 3. Good flavor though.

Easy and delicious!! It did require a little longer baking time.... The entire house smelled delicious though!

Great recipe, totally loved it. Part of the topping sinks down into the cake and it is OMG no words for how yummy. Topping is a little crisp on top, gooey in the middle, and caramelized around the edges. Perfection. No trouble with the recipe.

This is the best coffee cake I've ever tasted!!!! Every single person who tried it loved it!! It was yummy and definitely make it again

One of my favorite recipes but definitely takes me longer to prepare than stated and cooks closer to 50 to 55 minutes to be done but I love this coffee cake!

Took much longer than 40 minutes. Pan must be larger than noted; it bubbled over the sides of my 9 x 13 dish. Very involved preparation takes longer than 15 minutes. Underdone in spots, but tastes great. Will probably try to halve the recipe next time I try it.
