- 1 cup grape tomatoes (sliced or cut in half, or 1 cup diced tomatoes)
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
- 1 cup avocado
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2/3 cup water (plus more as needed)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
