This was my first time making chili and it turn out great!! I didn’t have any ground beef on hand instead i had ground chicken and chicken broth. I used roasted red peppers and smoked paprika. And topped it with sharp cheddar and Gruyere 🧀 sour cream and a dash of hot sauce 🤤 😋
