- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. sweet barbecue sauce
- 8 oz. light beer
- 8 oz. apple juice

Directions
- Cover pork shoulder steak in 24 oz. light beer and marinate for a minimum of one hour, up to overnight.
- Prepare a grill to low heat.
- Pat the pork shoulder steaks dry with a paper towel.
