This recipe is a keeper! I omitted the Cloves & used pumpkin pie spice instead, also used all brown sugar.

I didn’t add all the spices this time and thought it turned out great. The last time I made this, the spices were almost too over-powering for my taste. I love the crispy top and moist inside.

Great recipe! Husband and I loved it! Quick and easy recipe--moist too! Didn't have ginger powder at the time, but it still stayed moist several days later!
