- 1 1/3 lb. ground beef (Certified Angus, ® brand 85% Lean)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (real, such as Cabot®, frozen then finely grated over beef)
- 1 Tbsp. beer
- coarse ground black pepper (or fine, each side to taste)
- garlic salt (each side to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup cheese (grated Cabot® White Cheddar Horseradish)
- 1/3 cup asiago cheese (finely grated, with rosemary and olive oil, I used Sartori brand,, can sub regular asiago and a ½ tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary or ¼ tsp. chopped dried)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup beer
- 1 tsp. table salt (regular)
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced into 6 - 8 rings depending on size of pepper and preference)
- 6 slices pears
- 1 inch biscuit
- 8 asparagus spears (fresh, root ends snapped off where they want to break naturally)
- 2/3 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressings
- 1 red onion (rounded Tbl. finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- table salt
- coarse ground black pepper
- 2 cups slaw mix (fine shred ", ",, shredded cabbage and carrots as you like)
- 4 Tbsp. blue cheese crumbles
- 2 Tbsp. toasted pecans (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (real, I used Sue Bee's Sage Honey)
- 1/4 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- whole grain mustard
- baby spinach leaves
- red onion (thinly sliced)
- 6 oz. pastrami (thinly sliced deli)
- 1 slice fontina cheese (as desired)
- 1 slice havarti cheese (as desired)
- 6 strips cooked bacon (crisp-)
- bun (roll or sturdy bread of choice, grilled or toasted)
