Ive made this a few times now and its come out nearly perfect everytime. It ended up being done around 50 minutes for a normal pie and 30 for miniature pies.

Amazing!! My aunt is an amazing cook and baker and she told me it was the best pumpkin pie filling she has ever tasted!!

so smooth and just the perfect amount of sweet. I added Ginger to it and that gave it the boost it needed.
