- 2 cups pasta (I use macaroni, but you can use rotini, farfalle or any bite size pasta)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock (I use low sodium)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheese (I use a blend of cheddar, mozzarella and monterey jack)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (Grated)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 cups cheddar cheese (Grated)
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni (you can also use Campanelle, Cavatappi, or Shells)
- 4 cups pasta (cooked)
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or Braggs)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
