Flavorful! I used almond milk instead of heavy cream to cut back a little bit on fat I know this is keto - supposed to be high in fat. but I think the cheeses, butter and fat from almond milk are good enough for now.

tastey and super easy but very runny! need to up the cream and cheese to thicken!

Made on stove. Very good. I like a thinner soup so I added milk and no issue. I also added some bacon and green onions at the end. Yum!

Excellent! I used a bag of broccoli salad (strips of broccoli, carrot, red cabbage). Used an immersion blender to smooth out the soup before adding cheese. Diced the cream cheese and whisked in the cheeses and cream. Added Xanthan gum to thicken.

Delicious, easy and healthy. What more could you ask for?! No complaints. Could easily add more broccoli, onion or other veggies for those wanting more nutrients. 👍🏻

The flavor was good but the cream cheese didn’t melt well. I added cornstarch to thicken it. My family didn’t love it but I thought it was pretty good.

i mostly used this as a jumping off point. i added about two cups of roughly chopped fresh mushrooms in with the onions. i did not have any fresh garlic, so i added garlic powder when i added the liquids. i used a whole bag of frozen broccoli. it was a steamer bag from aldi. im not sure the size. the soup wasnt as creamy as i had expected, so i thtew in a couple of babybells my daughter happened to be snacking on. i also used colby because my husband doesnt like chedar.
i also made another batch of this soup using potatoes instead of broccoli for myself, i am not on a keto diet. i doubled the cream cheese and it turned out wonderful!

this was great first time making it. but if youre like me, you may want to do one of two things, either lower the cream cheese because it becomes more overpowering than the cheddar, or up your cheddar.

Great, next time might add some xanthum gum, or gelatine to thicken it up. But that’s a personal thing.

Really fantastic! Even for husband (not fond of broccoli)
Makes 4 generous servings. I added some grated carrot 🥕 for color. Great soup!

Really good. So easy. Next time I will double the broccoli. Also, I think asparagus or cauliflower would be a great alternative for the broccoli. Thanks, we enjoyed!

OMG! This is the best broccoli soup I’ve ever had. I put mine in blender before adding cream or cheeses to smooth it out. My only issue was getting cream cheese to melt all the way. I would also blend cream cheese and heavy cream together before adding. Think that would have been better. Still best soup I’ve ever had. Better than Panera/McAlisters.
