  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

    The recipe was easy to follow. Everyone loved the taste. "WOW" was all my friend could say after the first bite. He didnt want to share. i seasoned the wings before putting them in the marinade. They soaked in the marinade for about 12 hours.

    Usually use it for chicken parts, but decided to use it on a full roaster. There is only marinade I like better and it uses liquid smoke, but I have not been able to find since the app I used to use lost its user friendliness.

    This was very good. I would make a separate sauce if I wanted some on the side, with less vinegar. A bit to vinegary for my liking, but was perfect as is for a marinade.

    I love this! You can use any vinegar, and omit items you don’t have or add flavors like ginger. Basically the ratios make the most amazing marinade. Note: don’t marinade items for more than 6 hours to avoid the acid cooking the outside of the meat.

    OMG it really WAS the best chicken dish I have ever made, or had! I cooked it slowly in a skillet and served it with the reduced marinade spooned on top of the chicken and mashed potatoes. Dee-licious!! Thanks for posting this recipe :)

    Easy and tasted great!
    I divided it in half and cooked it on the stove in a frying pan. I slow cooked it for about 30 mins. Flipping it often and then turned up the heat for another 15 mins to caramelize the marinade. It was really good

    Absolutely awesome I use on steak ,chicken and fish. Always a hit Doesn’t have to marinade long for the flavor I make it all the time usually a double batch
