- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 box vanilla (instant, or banana pudding mix, just the dry mix)

My go to banana bread recipe. Highly recommended. I do have to typically bake my bread 15-20 minutes longer than the recipe states.
