- 2 1/2 cups non-dairy milk (such as almond, soy or light coconut , 2 cups for thicker pudding)
- 4 Tbsp. sugar (or sweetener)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- pistachios (sliced, saffron or dried rose petals for garnish, optional)
