- 5 oz. sun dried tomatoes (jarred, drained.)
- 1 can lite coconut milk
- pepper (to taste)
- 3 cups thai basil leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped *optional)
