This recipe is great! I don’t change anything, and with the coconut cream it’s super delicious. I don’t recall if the recipe calls for coconut milk in the rice, but that’s house I make it and it’s fantastic.

i give it 3 stars because of the salt level...wayyyyy too salty. next time i will add half of what it says. everything else 👌
