I make this all the time but vary the ingredients. I use finely chopped cabbage, minced carrots, green onions, a bit of grated ginger, minced garlic in moderation. Dash of soy sauce. I sometimes put a Thai pepper in the ingredients but only if the people I am serving enjoys hot. Put in food processor, pulse until ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Serve with orange/sriracha sauce.
