- 1 1/2 tsp. lemongrass (finely ground dried, use fresh if you have it)
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves (omit if using fresh basil at the end)
- 1/2 tsp. coriander seeds (ground)
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes (peeled and coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (halved or quartered)

This was very tasty! I even had lemongrass in hand. I added some lime and cilantro. I did not have mushrooms nor sweet potatoes but I added zucchini and red bell pepper. I think it came out very well!
