- 1 chilli (fairly hot. Or not, if you don’t like spicy.)
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 cms lemongrass (chopstick thin)
- 1/2 ginger (thumb worth of)
- 200 grams pork mince
- coriander leaf (a small bundle of fresh)
- 1 egg
- 1 onion (small)
- 150 grams broccoli florets (the top parts, without the tougher stem)
- 150 grams noodles (dried, medium)
- 1 pak choi (small, aka bok choi)
- 1 mushroom (large, shiitake, portobello, oyster, any will do)
- 1 handful beansprouts
- 1 lime
- 1 dash soy sauce
