Description

- 2 lb. baby-back pork ribs
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt (for ribs)
- 1/2 Tbsp. pepper (for ribs)
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce (for Thai glaze)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (for Thai glaze)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. mirin
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Prep the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs. Starting at the small end, slide a butter knife under the membrane and peel it back slightly.
- Fold up a paper towel and grab onto the edge of the membrane and it should easily pull off the back of the ribs.
