- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/3 cups raw cashews
- 2 tsp. honey (1-)
- 1 lime zested
- 1 lb. flank steak
- 2 limes juiced (+ the zest of 1 lime)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce (don't be afraid!)
- 2 Tbsp. ponzu sauce (or soy sauce but ponzu sauce is best and works better here)
- 3 Tbsp. sweet Thai chili sauce (2-, I used 3 tablespoons)
- 2 cloves garlic (1-, minced or grated, depending on you taste, I used 1)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 Tbsp. tahini (2-, may sub peanut butter but I loved the tahini, sesame seed paste)
- 4 cups baby kale (or other dark leafy green)
- 1 oz. frozen shelled edamame (bag, defrosted and cooked for 3-5 min. in boiling water, 16)
- 3 carrots (shredded or chopped)
- 2 bell peppers (red yellow and or orange, sliced thin)
- 1 cup frozen mango (or fresh, chopped into chunks)
- 2 lemongrass stalks (chopped)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 3/4 cup cilantro (fresh basil, and mint, I only used 1/3 cup mint)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs (chopped, optional)
- 1/4 cup white sesame seeds (black and/or, toasted)

Loved the dressing, the flank steak, and salad ingredients except without the choice of the excellent kale described in the recipe, the greens could have been better. I know there must be a solution here if anyone has some ideas.
