    So delicious! I only used one serving last night so will use the leftover broth for more noodles tonight. Going to add boiled chicken this time. I added lots of spice and next time will double the liquid for 4 servings.

    Good creamy soup. Add some extra spoons with curry to bring the spiceness to a thai level.

    We enjoyed this, although I added much more curry paste then the recipe called for. The flavor wasnt coming through very well before then. We also added vegetables. Will do some variation of this again.

    This soup is a beautiful balance of scent, taste, colour, and texture. I add sweet red pepper and matchstick carrots, and offer the option of pulled chicken.

    The flavor is really nice. Perfect for those who want a little kick, but I wouldn’t call it spicy. My only recommendation is to use 4oz of noodles or double the broth. I followed her tips about serving right after but I just think the noodles to broth ration was off

    I’ve tried this recipe twice now, followed it exactly and it’s turned out horrible. A bowl full of noodles!

    I took the basic concept of ingredients and flavor and just added some canned pilchards to the mix. My wife loved it I enjoyed...thoroughly!

    Good. I would do two packs of thinner rice noodles next time. Cook them first before and rinse but then let them soak in the broth before serving. Added extra lime and re chili paste.

    Directions were very simple and didn't mention some ingredients. I added chicken but i think it could use some to soak up the soup more, maybe tofu.

    My family enjoyed this. We like really spicy food and had to add sriracha sauce to kick it up a little. I also added carrots and zucchini to the soup. This recipe is wonderful on its own, but you can really take it to the next level with whatever you want to add. Easy and quick, a must try!

    So great!! Definitely won’t be spicy unless you add the peppers. I unfortunately didn’t have any so I added a bit of chili powder and some red chili flakes. Garnished with green onion and cilantro. Also cut up some chicken thighs and cooked them first before adding the curry paste, garlic, etc. so yummy!!!
