Delicious. Don’t need peanuts or cilantro. Used oyster sauce instead of fish. Extra sriracha. Would make again

The fish wasn’t very flavorful but I mixed the leftover sauce into some rice noodles and that was tasty

Good flavor but 15-25 minutes is way too long. I would try 10 minutes next time as salmon turned out dry
