Fun, colorful, spicy, cool and crisp. This is a delightfully delicious and satisfying salad.

Super good. Had a kick to it but with the veggies to cool it down, it was fine. My husband and I had marinated shrimp instead of salmon.

Very good and light meal. might be good with chicken too. Made exactly as the recipe called and it came out delicious. The dressing would be a great addition to many other salads, meats, and fish. Loved it.
