- 150 mL curry sauce (jar that red)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 lb. shrimp (peeled and deveined, preferably 16-20's)
- yellow bell pepper (each red and, julienned)
- 2 ears of corn
- 1 cup snap peas (chopped)
- 1 pkg. rice vermicelli
- lime (halved)
- scallions (chopped)
- cilantro (roughly chopped)
- chilies (bird’s eye, optional)
