Soooo delicious and in such a short time. I didn’t have quite enough red curry paste so I added gochujang as well. Soooooo goood! I also only had spaghettini but it worked well

We’re having an ice day in Texas and this was the perfect dish to keep us warm. Using what we had on hand, we added mushrooms, chard and fresh herbs from our indoor garden. Skipped the bell pepper and subbed shrimp for the chicken. So fresh and tasty! Will definitely make this again!

It turned out great, just needs more spice. I added minced chilies and that helps the spice level.

It turned out well. The lime juice, cilantro, basil, and green onions gave it a fresh taste. My whole family enjoyed it.

Very good. Added a little extra red curry paste I actually put noodle in bowl and added a little of the soup so it was more of a noodle dish. Great for company if making Thai meal

so tasty!! all i changed was i added a chopped serrano, didnt use cilantro and did the whole small jar of Thai kitchen red curry paste instead of only 3 tbsp. cant wait to make again!

This turned out amazing !! and so easy to make. had people over while cooking and they kept commenting on how great the house smelled. My family (husband, 4 year old and 14 month old) all enjoyed! will absolutely make again

A tasty noodle soup. Simple construction makes for a good weekday dinner. I would tweak it and maybe add lemon grass and some Thai chillies next tim. Additionally I would leave out the diced onions, they did not blend well with this recipe. All in all it satisfies a Thai soup craving.

Easy, go to curry soup recipe. Don’t be afraid to improvise with whatever veggies you have on hand. Can alternate protein and can be easily made vegetarian friendly. Yum!

Delicious!!! I used coconut water instead of milk because I prefer thinner soups, and it worked out well!

The most amazing thing I have ever tried. Easy to cook and you can play with different type of noddles. I is always comes out good!

Halved the recipe with the exception of the coconut milk. Super easy to bring everything together. Next time I will wait to add the chicken back in as I felt it was a little dry. We also like things a bit spicy, added half a serrano pepper!

Very tasty. I did make some change. I doubled the red curry paste, added broccoli, carrots and mushrooms and red pepper flakes. Next time I make it I will likely double the coconut milk as I thought it should be creamier.

Turned out very well everything on the menu was used you could add chili peppers to make it spicier if you want

This soup was AMAZING! I followed it exactly, I only had about 2 teaspoons of the fresh ginger but you couldn’t tell the full tablespoon wasn’t there my husband talked about it for hours after we ate definitely making again
