The author is weirdly classist about Top Ramen and doesn't seem to realize Asian markets exist. Or that you can buy ramen noodles by themselves. Other than that'd, the recipe is delicious and easy! I recommend adding a spoonful or two or red curry paste, and slicing the chicken before you add it to the broth (it cooks so much quicker).

This is going into my regular rotation.
The shiitake are stars in this recipe! This was really delicious after I made some additions to the recipe. While the pumpkin broth was delicious, it was also lacking. So after adding a table spoon of fish sauce and a teaspoon and a half of red curry paste, it was really pow!
