- 300 grams cauliflower (about 1 large head, grated)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1 cube ginger (piece of, peeled and finely chopped)
- 40 grams curry paste (Red Thai, I use ‘Thai Taste’)
- 50 grams coconut cream
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. fish sauce (usually gluten free, but check this if you are gluten intolerant)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 20 sprays cal
- 1 spray cooking oil
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 lime
- 1/2 red chilli (a small)
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
